My accelerator and clutch pedals seems to have developed quite an annoying squeak when depressed and released.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can they easily be lubed up to avoid this problem?

Use some spray lube (WD-40) or such on the joints then but...........

...........be careful not to get it on the pedal face OR on the mats :o
