Quick question I am hoping I can get some advice on...
I am thinking of upgrading my 2.0t 9-5 estate to a stage 1 with a BSR ppc. from 150bhp to 215bhp,
Seems cool, but I am gonna be running with the car quite heavily loades a loto fo the time, wondering if anyone has any experience with this, or any advice if this will overload the engine or cooling system.
I've had a BSR Stage I/II for about 4 years. The upgrade gave me a huge boost in power (especially torque). Other than a little more torque steer, the new calibration has performed flawlessly.

I had a 20t estate, and BSR was my first mod. No drawbacks whatsover. Just don't expect the car to turn into a fire breathing beast - you will notice a subtle increase in torque - especially in 2nd gear for example low speed, turning onto a new road etc.
You will also find the car goes better beyond 4krpm with an overboost at 5.4krpm.
See you back here soon, again asking how you'll get even more out of the old girl...............
