has anyone ported and/or polished the intake manifolds or intake/exhaust runners on the head? we got them off the motor and wanted to know if anyone had experienced signifficant gains in power with the turbo?
They are indeed - with the exception of the first step - stage 1 software which give s healthy lift in performance - from then on with hardware and software its expensive.
On the old 9000, but I wouldn't bother if you're still using the GT17, that can't really move enough air.
EDIT
T5 refers to the Trionic 5 engine management that came on the 9000. Your car is a T7, or Trionic 7, which has better flowing heads so it got smaller cams.
