DIC Messages and programming

Can the Driver Information Center be programmed to display different messages or wording at start up. I am not talking about changing the language, but rather programming a custom message at start up. Can it be done and if so, what is required?

You probably need a software engineer to figure this one out! There's nothing designed into the vehicle that allows the customer to do this. I also doubt that a technician would be able to do anything with a Tech2.
