Does anyone know of an online resource that provide torque specifications for all Saab parts.

I'm mainly interested in Valve Cover and plug (ex-distributor) bracket torques.

I appreciate any help available.

Thanks,

My experience is that most internet data is worthless - it is based on "making a sale", not service - when "free" is worthless.

Google makes themselves look good - I believe they should be ashamed of themselves !....;oops:

IMO, a torque limited by a screwdriver and some knowledge is sufficient for the cam cover..
A screw with a 10mm head is sufficiently tightened using 5 -6 " leverage from a 1/4" drive...Poor assembly and excessive tightness are the problem.
Buy the Haynes manual, from England ,its only $40 or so...its all we have, other than the WIS(workshop info system) which is rather hard to find...
