Has anyone lowered there 9-7? I've seen plenty of TB's out there that are lower than our factory job. Looks very nice but I don't want to mess up the ride quality or suspension.
If you have, please list parts and part numbers!
Thanks!
I lowered my 9-7X. It cost about $150 total. There's a guy named Scott on tbssowners.com who makes a set of lowering collars. You remove your front spring/shock assembly, remove the clip holding the spring perch in place, then use his collars (with the extra piece) to support the spring perch. It lowered my 9-7X about an inch and a half over stock. In the rear, I just adjusted the stock airbags. It was all very simple (once I had the right tools). The ride quality is similar to stock (though it doesn't feel quite as good). You will need to align your car when you're done.
