When I have been driving awhile (once the car is quite warmed up) and,
also, when I'm in stop and go traffic there is a squeeking type of
noise that comes from the front end of my car.
It seems to corelate to the rotation of the tires but I only hear it
when I'm starting out from
a stopped position or am slowing down. I don't hear it while driving
at normal speeds.


It sounds like the brake noise that most Volvos make (I've had a few
Volvos in my past). But
it doesn't have anything to do with braking in the Saab.

Most likely sqeaky bushings in the A arms. Try spraying them with silicone, especially inside where the bolt passes through.. if that reduces or eliminates the noise I think you can get a silicone grease to lube the bushings so they don't squeak. I know my mechanic lubed mine with something and I haven't had squeaking since.
