My 900 project has been floating around various Saab sites for the past few years, and the good news is it's nearly finished. Here are the photos so far, with more to come:

Recently tried to mate the 3" downpipe to a trent saab stainless system, but it won't fit without some serious buthchering - which I don't want to do as it will fit nicely on the 'vert. Looks like it'll be full JT all the way!

Other jobs to do include modifying the air intake, fitting a 3.3 bar fuel pressure regulator, refurbing 16" carlsson wheels and giving thre car a good clean. Nearly forgot - the headlining needs sorting too  .

I'm also thinking of having the injectors purged, although I don't know if this will be worth the cost of approx £100. A trip to a local rolling road for a tuning session is also in the works - looking for a nice stable 225 bhp :cheesy:

What did you use to remove the sealer in the cabin? I've got mine stripped out at the moment to do some welding and i can't decide whether to remove it all or not.

A Hot air gun and metal spatula/scraper work well for that Si, I clipped and filed the corners off so as not to gouge at the metal though.

Stew, just looked through your gallery of photos, cool looking resto, lots of Red in the engine bay! I'm painting the engine bay in mine at the moment so its serving as some good inspiriation!

Keep up the good work.:D
