I was checking around the car the other day. I noticed some oil seepage around the intak plenum -- on further checking found oil in the charge air tube. The air temp guage was coated.
Took off and cleaned. has been driving normally.
Is there a major/minor problem? PVC? or does this sometimes happen?
I think it is normal, to a certain degree anyway. I remember the guys in the c900 forum talking about it befor. I quess if it is real bad then it probally means that the seals in your turbo are wasted.
The two things I've experienced that dump oil into the intake are the PCV system (open filter off the valve cover cures this) and bad turbo seals (turbo swap cured this)

So you have taken off the PCV and put on a open air filter?
And this works?
